Who do I contact to have an event posted to the website?

If you would like to post a class event please email the following information to webmaster@easttech-alumni.org at least 2 weeks prior to the event. ALL information must be completed.  Please allow at least 1 week for the event to post.

2. Event Title

3. Location

4. Date

5. Time

6. Cost

7. Contact Person Name, phone number, email address

OR

Email a finished flyer to webmaster@easttech-alumni.org  MS Word, JPEG, PNG, PDF (preferred) format

How do I request newspaper coverage at an event?

Contact the Alumni Association at info@easttech-alumni.org or at 216.571.0513. Please make sure to include the following information

1. Class

2. Event Title

4. Date

5. Time

6. Cost (please specify if the cost is waived)

7. Contact Person Name, phone number, email address

How often are Reunion Assistance Workshops offered?

Reunion Assistance Workshops are held on an as needed basis. If you would like to attend a workshop please email reunionassistance@easttech-alumni.org or contact Delores Gray at 216.924.0349

What is the difference between a Public Meeting & a Membership Meeting?

Good question! A public meeting is open to the entire community where the goal is to recruit new members. A Membership meeting is only open to paid members of the Alumni Association.

How do I view some of the attachments on the website?

Many of the attachments and flyers on the website have been converted to a PDF. Some attachments may contain fonts that are not installed on your computer -therefore, when your computer substitutes to closest font. Not always a good thing! A PDF allows you to see the attachment EXACTLY how it was intended to be viewed. You will need to downloaded Adobe Acrobat. The program is free.
